I do not think that teachers pay to charge more than they deserve, the job of educating people from their early childhood years is hard and laborious, teachers create the foundations for people in the future more or less concerns about life , And being a full-time job as a heterogeneous group there is much psychological exhaustion, so a longer or shorter vacations are more than deserved.
The problem is that dogs do their business on the street and they are not cleaned by the owners, we should blame here for several reasons: either because of the lack of awareness of the owners so that others do not suffer the lack of hygiene caused by such impact or by the lack of guarding and even sanctions by local councils in this respect.
At first, I have to say that I have a dog. He was left when he was a puppy and I adopted him 1 year ago. His name is Eko and I love him like a son!!He is very, very nervous and playful, but he's very intelligent too! So he knows how to sit down, to bring me the ball...even if I say: "Eko, can you turn the light on, please??" he run to the switch and pusses it with his nose! My friends can't stop laughing when they see it! Although the first thing I taught Eko to do was fouling on the street. But he had to know that he can't do it where he wants. So I taught him to do it in the grass or places where people can't step in it!If he do it in the middle of the street or places where children play (remember, they eat all they see!!), I have to pick up it with a plastic bag and throw it in the rubbish. I think it's my responsability like a dog owner and good citizen. But I have some complaints about it:
1. If you see, streets are full of rubbish: papers and plastics flying, broken glasses, abandoned Carrefour's trolleys...but people that hate dogs only see the messes! 2. More dustbins in the city, please!!Because many times, when Eko forgets the rules and I have to pick up the mess, then I have to carry the "smelly present"to my house because I couldn't find a dustbin. 3.Some weeks ago I listened on TV that Barcelona's council wants to impose sanctions on dog's owner if the animals pisses in a tree!!I think it's excessive and I can't understand it, because a dog and a tree are part of nature! They can cut a tree but my dog can't pissing in it.
In short, I think the council should make more places where our dogs can piss, foul or play.

Yes , I agree. Its very annoying to go walking by the street and put the feet on a dog shit, what a bad moment when you suffer this!!! So the owner's dog must take up the fouls into a bag to throw out to trush later.
I think that all streets are full of fouls.This is very disgusting. The problem are the owners of dogs. They do not mind the streets or the other people.
And it is very ironic that when you step on a dog shit people say: Hey! That minds good luck! NO,no good (shitty) luck, it is a very very dirty owner of a dog. In my opinion I will increased the fines or I will put exemplary punishments, for exemple, pick up all the fouls of a street or clean a dog's home for a month.
